The TATRA TRUCKS Anti-Corruption Program consists of:

Ethics Hotline, allowing anyone to report suspected corruption or unethical behavior related to TATRA TRUCKS,

A set of organizational standards, processes, and measures for assessing corruption risks across business activities, employee groups, and the markets in which TATRA TRUCKS operates.
TATRA TRUCKS Code of Ethics
One of the core tools of the TATRA TRUCKS Anti-Corruption Program is the Code of Ethics for employees, who are required to comply with its provisions. Certain sections also apply to TATRA TRUCKS partners, such as company representatives. The Code is based on the standards of Transparency International UK and includes:

TATRA TRUCKS Ethics Hotline
TATRA TRUCKS has established a dedicated reporting channel using the “Nenech to být” (Don’t Ignore It) platform. Its purpose is to support employees and other individuals who have serious concerns about unethical or unlawful conduct within TATRA TRUCKS, encouraging them to report such matters through this new platform.

All reports are reviewed and investigated by the designated person in accordance with Act No. 171/2023 Coll. on the Protection of Whistleblowers. At TATRA TRUCKS, this person is our internal auditor.
